The 2010 AALC 2010 which was held in Jakarta took place on 9 – 10 August 2010, bringing various impressions from the participants. This year's AALC which was a joint event with the 2010 Harvest Festival from 10-13 August 2010, both in Jakarta, was attended by participants from IFGF GISI Qatar, Doha, Guangzhou, Taichung (Taiwan), Sunway, Balikpapan, Sorong, Kupang, Manado, Batam, Semarang, Salatiga, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung, Cimahi, as well as delegates from the GKPB & GPIE Cianjur affiliate synods.

Overall, there were positive impressions on the 2010 AALC & HF. 2010 AALC was said to bring a new inspirational experience for all participants, especially with relevant topics which were presented to answer some challenges that they face in the ministry. Participants also were motivated with the sessions, both the testimony from IFGF GISI Qatar as well as the general sessions about IFGF GISI's DNA. The whole series of events which were punctual and the surprise given to all and to pastors from Sorong & Kendari through doorprizes were remarked as extraordinary by the 2010 AALC participants.

The case study series which discussed about IFGF GISI Qatar was filled with a presentation and group case studies about the key to Qatar's ministry success. This became a new motivation for all present. Some gave their opinion about the success of IFGF GISI Qatar.

Pdp. Yantho Nazareth (Regional Director of Sumatera 1) was amazed by the quality leadership in Qatar, and also the unity, faithfulness, and submission to HQ. The message from Mr. Andreas AWA (IFGF GISI Surabaya) emphasized on the prayer & fasting that was done in Qatar, the mentoring for all leaders as well as the equipping of these leaders through iCare, iGrow, WoV, etc, then the willingness to serve despite long distances, and also their evangelistic spirit. There is also Pdp. Paulus Tanudjaja (IFGF GISI Sydney) who stated that IFGF GISI Qatar has the heart, passion, and leading of the Holy Spirit in their ministry; the program and organizational chart that were used are only tools to help them, but it is the spirit and compassion for the lost that motivates them the most. Pdm. Daniel Halim (Senior Pastor of IFGF GISI Guangzhou) also stated that God has proven Himself in Qatar, that He could use anybody, not based on ability, but people who are obedient, faithful, and willing to change.

Participants were also inspired by the General Session of Pdt. Jimmy Oentoro, which carried the theme This is Our Church. Pdp. Yantho Nazareth was inspired to change the face of the church where he ministers.

All in all, the successful 2010 AALC left special impressions on the participants. Pdt. Abraham Yuwono (Regional Council Director of East Indonesia) was blessed by the inspirational sermon of Pdt. Sammy Hartanto about his journey serving the Lord in IFGF GISI. Pdp. Fredy Walewangko (Senior Pastor of IFGF GISI Cirebon) also was blessed by the Journey profile of IFGF GISI Jakarta, in its presentation about This is Our Church. He was proud and appreciative of the presentation, which has motivated him to continue developing his ministry in Cirebon.
