Bulan misi IFGF GISI seluruh dunia, dipergunakan sebagai bulan penjangkauan bagi Tim Mission Trip Papua dari IFGF GISI Semarang. Tim yang berangkat adalah Ps. Samuel Saputra (Ketua DPW Jateng), bersama dengan Ps. Johny Lumondo, Ps. Ishak Ronsumbre, Ibu Lenny K, Ibu Dewi M, serta Ibu Ina Saputra. Mereka melakukan perjalan ke Kota Nabire Papua pada tanggal 02 Mei 2010.

 

 

After reaching Nabire, the Papuan Mission Team started to conduct a series of ministry activities beginning from 3 May to 7 May 2010. These activities included 3 nights of Revival Service with Ps. Samuel Saputra and Ps. Johny Lumondo. In these services, God’s extraordinary touch was very real, and it has brought many souls to a commitment in being Christ’s disciples. It has also led many to a commitment in a ministry to fulfill their Godly calling.

The Mission Team also held seminars for 2 days: the No Apologies Seminar in several schools and WOV Seminar in several churches. In addition, the team blessed IFGF GISI Nabire by giving them musical instruments; as well, they have blessed 70 elementary school children in Kimi village, where an IFGF GISI Nabire TPI exists, by distributing to them school bags, books, and stationery. The team then visited the PESAT orphanage (an education ministry in Nabire under the covering of Ev. Daniel Alexander), where a hair cutting session was held for all of the children there. During the mission trip, the Papuan Mission Team didn’t forget to do some training for the musicians, WL, and singers in IFGF GISI Nabire.

 

In India itself, a Mission Trip Team led by Ps Silas of IFGF GISI in India also told an inspiring story as they visited several places in the nation. The trip started in Pakyong Sikkim on Good Friday where the Good News was spread. On that same day, six people received Jesus Christ as their Savior. The Indian Mission Trip Team also went to Siliguri city to serve their people by distributing help and visiting homes door-to-door to spread the Good News of His greatness. This year in India, ISOM Video Bible Schools will be launched, so that souls that have been saved may continue to grow in Christ.
