International Church Planting Institute (ICPI) didirikan pada Juli 2008 sebagai suatu perwujudan akan sebuah mimpi untuk membangkitkan para penanam gereja dalam semangat CELEBRATE 3000 saat itu. Setelah meluluskan 16 church planters yang adalah siswa angkatan keempat pada bulan Desember 2009 lalu, ICPI kembali membuka pendaftaran bagi murid-murid baru sebagai angkatan kelima mereka. Kelas akan dimulai pada minggu ketiga April 2010 ini.

The first day of the 2010 Asia Australia Leadership Conference was opened with praise and worship, as well as intercessory prayers led by Pdt. Eli Mendrova (IFGF GISI Jakarta). It started the conference which took place at the Great Western Resort Convention Hall in Serpong. There were a total of 192 people there, consisting of pastors, leaders (L1, L2) from all of Asia & Australia, and also 13 guests who are chairmen, general secretaries, and representatives of the affiliated synods of IFGF GISI, which are: GPSK, GAPPIN, GPIE, GKPB, and GST.
